Financial Control and Operations, Manager

📋 Description

• Own the integrity and efficiency of Veremark's core accounting and finance operations.
• Manage month-end close, AP/AR, payroll accounting, tax and statutory reporting, and financial
• Lead a team of three accountants across UK/MY, PH/ANZ/UAE and SG/US entities.
• Collaborate with VP Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure clean books and timely close
• Oversee intercompany accounting and balance reconciliations across entities.
• Coordinate with External auditors during audits and support statutory accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; ACCA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 7-10 years in finance operations or accounting; 2–3 years in people management.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounting across jurisdictions; hands-on Xero experience
• Strong IFRS/MFRS knowledge and financial controls/compliance; proven month-end ownership.
• Experience with external auditors and statutory reporting; SaaS/tech is a plus.
