Financial Control and Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end month-end close across all entities; complete within 10 working days
• Review/approve journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments with QA to ensure zero material
• Maintain general ledger across multiple entities in Xero with proper multi-currency setup
• Oversee intercompany accounting and reconcile balances each period
• Oversee AP/AR and banking activities including cash disbursements and reconciliations
• Manage tax filing obligations across GST/VAT and corporate tax; coordinate with auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
• 7-10 years in finance operations or accounting; 2–3 years in a management role
• Proven multi-entity accounting experience across jurisdictions
• Hands-on Xero experience (multi-currency, multi-entity)
• Strong IFRS/MFRS knowledge; experience with statutory reporting
• Track record of improving month-end close processes
