🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in SQL (Redshift/BigQuery) or able to learn data structures.
• Automation mindset with n8n, Python, or similar workflow tools.
• Experience with FP&A platforms (Abacum, Pigment, Anaplan) and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel for prototyping before automation.
• 1-3 years in Financial Control, FP&A, or Finance Operations.
• Systems-thinking with ownership mentality to retire manual processes.
