Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Own US GAAP-compliant financial statements and monthly close.
• Lead annual external audit and maintain internal controls.
• Establish policies: ASC606 revenue, capitalization, leases.
• Oversee indirect tax compliance and liaise with tax advisors.
• Manage treasury: cash, disbursements, banking relations.
• Automate processes; streamline order-to-cash and deal desk.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years accounting; 2+ yrs in Controller role at high-growth/ VC-backed.
• US GAAP expertise incl ASC606, stock-based comp, capitalization.
• Experience leading external audits and establishing internal controls.
• Track record building scalable close processes and systems.
• Strong cross-functional communication; explain accounting to leadership/Board.
• CPA required; Big 4/public accounting preferred.
