Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Manage and supervise bookkeeping staff and oversee division of duties.
• Take full responsibility for accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) management across
• Ensure comprehensive month-end close, including booking transactions, making adjusting journal
• Maintain proficiency in and day-to-day use of Ramp (AP platform) and QuickBooks Online.
• Provide reliable financial data for forecasting and support the fractional CFO with financial
• Review and correct financials prior to CFO review, minimizing the need for additional adjustments.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of experience as a Controller
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting process management.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required; Ramp experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
