Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Prepare and maintain the Group's consolidated financial statements and consolidation
Serve as Finance lead; partner with internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries
Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency
Drive improvements in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance procedures
Monitor cash balances across multiple banks to ensure adequate liquidity

🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in high-tech finance teams.
Big 4 internship - a must
Degree in Accounting; CPA required
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Experience with NetSuite ERP is an advantage
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
