Lead finance and accounting initiatives (budget, audit, month-end close) under US GAAP
Oversee GL, AR, AP, payroll, invoicing, fixed assets, and reconciliations
Direct accounting operations: systems, processes, goals, special projects
Maintain SOPs and implement process improvements
Own internal, corporate and peer-group financial reporting
Direct billing, collections, pricing changes and related incentives

🎯 Requirements

US GAAP accounting knowledge
MSP space experience a plus
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated
Able to work remotely in a fast-growth environment
Financial reporting and process improvement skills
Collaborative with banks, landlords, vendors and partners
