Financial Controller, Argentina & Uruguay

📋 Description

• Own the monthly close for Argentina and Uruguay: accurate, on time, and reconciled to group
• Manage tax compliance across both countries (ARCA/AFIP, provincial Ingresos Brutos in Argentina
• Oversee statutory reporting and audits, including inflation-adjusted local reporting and bridge to
• Maintain controls and source-of-truth discipline: coding, approvals, documentation and
• Manage treasury operations: cash positions, FX execution, and import and supplier payment
• Lead and develop the Financial Accountant and Billing Admin, and drive automation of finance

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 10 years in accounting, controllership or audit, with hands-on Argentine tax and statutory
• Owned a close end-to-end.
• Working knowledge of inflation-adjusted reporting and IFRS.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience managing or mentoring others.
• Accuracy and a builder's instinct.
