Lead and manage finance and accounting initiatives: budget, audit, and month-end close.
Daily accounting: GL, AR, AP, payroll, invoicing, fixed assets.
Own financial reporting for internal, corporate, and peer requirements.
Lead accounting operations, systems, processes, and special projects.
Maintain SOPs and implement process improvements.
Oversee billing, collections, price changes, and billing incentives.

🎯 Requirements

Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting.
Experience in the MSP space is a plus.
Financial leadership and accounting operations experience.
Ability to liaise with U.S.-based accounting team.
Experience with budgeting, audits, and month-end close.
Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated with growth mindset.
