📋 Description

• Oversee the regular performance and continued effectiveness of financial responsibilities at a set
• Direct team(s) of financial professionals within designated region to effectively deliver on
• Ensure the effective execution of regular financial responsibilities—which include all aspects of
• Serve as financial business partner to operational leaders within respective region, as well as
• Develop and execute operational plans to enhance the productivity and profitability of direct team
• Ensure financial results are presented consistently and accurately and comply with regional

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
• Previous working experience (15+ years) in financial capacity within a manufacturing organization
• Executive-level finance business partnering skills with track record of influencing operational and
• Global, matrixed org experience, managing offshore BPO partner and competing priorities
• Experience in progress with product and service line processes
• Experience in managing operational finances for a business with revenues of $200M+
