Financial Controller, Tanzania

📋 Description

• Establish robust accounting and financial procedures to ensure effective reporting.
• Own monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting with accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights for decisions.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial partners.
• Collaborate with regional HQ to ensure smooth integration into Eleving Group's ecosystem.
• Lead initiatives to drive accounting and financial improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Experience in finance, business administration, project management, and similar
• Understanding of IFRS accounting principles (B/S, P/L, CF)
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software and databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
