📋 Description

• Lead a small Finance team to ensure month-end close runs smoothly.
• Review analyses, approve journals, and maintain controls.
• Explain results to Financial Reporting and act as Finance contact.
• Collaborate with engineers and data teams to automate production elements.
• Ensure policies, procedures and controls are scalable and up to date.

• Qualified accountant with years leading financial reporting/controlling.
• Strong attention to detail and banking regulatory knowledge.
• Self-starter who tackles tasks and builds reports.
• Able to translate complex info into simple language for varied audiences.
• Interest in data; SQL skills would be a bonus.
