Financial Crime Manager

📋 Description

• Own product AML risk: Assess our products for money laundering risk and identify where controls are
• Run intake and sign-off: Define the controls, processes and frameworks needed for existing products
• Run investigations: Lead AML investigations and prepare SAR-ready cases, working with Compliance on
• Screen and review: Carry out sanctions screening, customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due
• Data Analysis: Analyse large volumes of data to find patterns and root causes, and turn the
• Prepare for regulation: Help prepare our risk and fraud operation for regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in AML or financial crime, ideally in a fintech or a bank
• Hands-on experience with sanctions screening, CDD and EDD
• Experience with regulatory reporting and investigations, and working with regulators or authorities
• Strong analytical skills, with a track record of data analysis and root cause analysis
• Proven ability to solve complex, specific problems
• A high bar for quality, a strong sense of ownership and the drive to work independently
