• Strengthen operational controls and escalate risks as needed.
• Drive AI-enabled QA transformation with automated sampling, anomaly detection, and explainable AI
• Turn QA insights into continuous improvements across operations, training, and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Financial crime experience with CDD, ODD, and EDD knowledge.
• Experience leading QA, audit, or controls in a regulated environment.
• People leadership skills and a track record of developing teams.
• Strong control mindset with focus on defensible decision-making.
