📋 Description

• Lead the Merchant Acquiring FC Team in Business Banking.
• Develop and coach ~12 investigators for career growth.
• Coach on KYB, due diligence, card scheme rules, investigations.
• Manage onboarding, underwriting, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding escalations.
• Analyze team performance and drive improvements; report insights.
• Ensure SLAs and availability; review work status and staffing.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Merchant Acquiring and card scheme rules.
• Experience in KYC/AML/compliance in payments or financial services.
• Proven track record leading FC teams in Business Banking with Merchant Acquiring exposure.
• Understanding of current financial crime trends and acquiring typologies.
• Experience providing technical coaching on FC tasks.
• Clear, inspiring communicator in English.
• Empathetic leader with strong people management skills.
• Ability to prioritise problems and assess risk in operations; comfortable with change.
