Translate network specs into billing models for new and revised fees (scheme/interchange).
Influence product strategy to minimize network costs.
Work with Product & Engineering to implement cost-saving opportunities.
Partner with Finance to prioritize investments and explain cost/margin trends.
Monitor and maintain fee accuracy via validation and alerts.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in payments at a leading tech or payments company
Experience writing SQL to query relational databases
Experience managing communications/workflows with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience mentoring junior team members in technical skill development
Experience navigating the complexity of financial systems and large-scale technical challenges
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to investigate root causes
