🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Math, Engineering, or related field
5+ years in finance analytics, BI, FP&A analytics, or decision support
Strong Power BI with scalable dashboards and data models
SQL, Python, R, or Alteryx proficiency
ERP/project systems experience (Deltek Costpoint, CRM)
