Financial Due Diligence - Manager

📋 Description

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Analyze target company earnings, assets, working capital, cash flow
• Assess risks and value creation opportunities impacting deal structure
• Review due diligence workpapers, client reports, and presentations
• Coordinate activities across client, CFGI teams, and advisors
• Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, or accounting advisory
• Experience leading financial due diligence or related services
• Advanced Excel skills: modeling, PivotTables, Power Query/Pivot
• Experience with Big 4 or transaction advisory practice
• Strong client management and team leadership
