Financial Due Diligence - Managing Director

📋 Description

• Serve as the executive engagement leader and senior advisor for complex buy-side and sell-side
• Advise CFOs, private equity sponsors, corporate development teams, investment professionals, and
• Lead a portfolio of client relationships and multidisciplinary engagement teams delivering
• Provide senior technical oversight on U.S. GAAP, transaction accounting issues, financial reporting
• Oversee engagement strategy, scoping, quality assurance, staffing, project economics, risk
• Originate new business and expand existing client relationships through strategic account

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, consulting
• Prior financial due diligence experience, including meaningful experience leading financial due
• Experience leading complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, including
• Experience serving as a senior relationship owner and trusted advisor to executive leadership
• Demonstrated success originating new business, expanding existing client relationships, developing
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of engagements, including responsibility for staffing, engagement
