Collaborate with W-2 leadership to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement.
Support case managers in developing individualized employment and self-sufficiency plans.
Monitor compliance with W-2 program standards, documentation requirements, and performance

🎯 Requirements

Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management, workforce development, or W-2 program
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
