Develop and deliver financial literacy group presentations and educational material for adult
Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to assist customers with job-readiness
Build rapport and establish partnerships with Grant Associates contract locations through travel

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a business-related field
Experience in financial coaching, education, community/economic development, or social work
Experience providing individualized financial counseling to low and middle-income individuals
Ability to instruct in Spanish (desired)
Experience conducting group financial literacy presentations and developing curriculum
Experience with job-readiness assistance and one-on-one coaching
