📋 Description

• Support customers in financial hardship via Financial Health strategy.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, engineers and ops to deliver changes.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to analyse impact.
• Mentor and develop junior team members as a senior contributor.
• Work with external partners to ensure standards and outcomes.
• Governance, controls and monitoring of strategy execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with external partners, relationship management and auditing.
• Experience in Collections and Recoveries strategies.
• Regulatory knowledge: CONC, SYSC, Consumer Duty; EU framework a plus.
• Ability to drive strategic projects and gain approvals.
• Strong judgment and risk mitigation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, risk, operations and finance.
