Financial Management Functional Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate financial management support across assigned PAE MP programs and portfolios
• Support the development of Strategic Portfolio Analysis Reviews (SPAR), Program Objective
• Support financial planning for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Procurement
• Support Product Managers and Cost Analysts with Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Life Cycle
• Develop and inform financial schedules supporting life-cycle cost estimation and long-range program
• Support budget formulation, justification, execution monitoring, and status reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoW secret clearance or above
• 12+ years of experience supporting federal financial processes
• Demonstrated experience with DoW financial management and the PPBE process
• Experience supporting budget planning, formulation, execution, and financial reporting
• Experience supporting POM, spend-plan, or similar DoD financial planning activities
• Experience with life-cycle cost planning and financial schedules
