📋 Description

• Manage AR: invoicing, collections, resolving billing queries
• Support AP: processing invoices, supplier onboarding, reconciliation
• Oversee employee expense process and card reconciliations
• Cross-functional finance support across Halter
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support month-end close for AR, AP and expenses

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounts, finance operations, or accounts administration (AP/AR/expenses)
• Sharp attention to detail
• Bias for action and initiative
• Comfort with pace, ambiguity, and incomplete playbooks
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-first mindset and accountability
