Maintain cash flow and funding models, analyze variances, and support financial planning
Support cross-border payments, reconciliations, and relationships with banks and payment providers
Maintain accurate financial data and automate recurring reporting and operational processes
Support regulatory requirements, audits, and financial controls in partnership with Compliance and
Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, banking, payments, or fintech
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with cash management, financial modeling, or multi-bank environments
Advanced Excel skills; experience with automation or data tools is a plus
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment
