Financial Operations - Cross-Border Ops Lead

📋 Description

• Design and execute fund management and liquidity strategy for Global Accounts
• Manage regional fund flows, float, liquidity forecasting
• Monitor funds across the region for correct allocations and currencies
• Oversee Global Accounts and FX operations with the FinOps team
• Create or update SOPs to improve operations and best practices
• Collaborate with product, treasury, compliance, sales and growth teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Management/Accounting/Finance; 5-8 years in startup/fintech
• 3+ years cross-border and FX operations
• Detail oriented; capable of getting into operational weeds
• Comfortable with large datasets and data analysis
• Able to prioritize workload under tight deadlines and pressure
• Team player with strong communication; ownership mentality
• Located in Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila or Kuala Lumpur
• Experience with banks or large financial institutions
• Experience with SQL or visualization tools (Looker)
• Experience in managing a Finance / Financial Operations team of 4-6
• Experience managing a geographically dispersed team
