📋 Description

• Oversee and execute fund management and liquidity strategy for DragonPay.
• Monitor funds daily to ensure correct allocation across accounts.
• Train the team to operate more independently.
• Monitor FX operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Create or update SOPs to correct operations and ensure best practices.
• Address operational issues or escalations independently.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance; 6–8 yrs in fintech/startups.
• At least 3 years in cross-border and FX operations.
• Experience managing a Finance/FinOps team of 6–8.
• Comfortable with large datasets and data analysis.
• Strong prioritization under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Team player with clear communication to stakeholders.
