Financial Operations Manager, APAC

📋 Description

• Manage a team of Senior and Associate financial operations professionals located in MY, SG and CN.
• Scale and operationalize our global financial operations function and shape growth plans.
• Monitor end-to-end client transaction lifecycle; handle inquiries and data exceptions.
• Support daily safeguarding obligations across multiple Airwallex entities.
• Monitor clearing and settlement of client funds; improve liquidity management.
• Maintain knowledge base and SOPs; identify opportunities for automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experienced people manager with teams of varying levels.
• Minimum 5 years in payments or operations at a tech company.
• Experience in a global, dynamic environment is a plus.
• Ability to rapidly understand new products and solve problems.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
