Supervise and file FOCUS reports with FINRA/SEC monthly or quarterly.
Monitor net capital to maintain minimum required levels.
Ensure timely financial statements and annual audited financials.
Oversee financial books: GL, trial balance, and subsidiary ledgers.
Interpret and apply SEC/FINRA rules, including 15c3-1 and 15c3-3.
Oversee clearing and settlement processes, esp. for self-clearing or carrying firms.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
Active FINRA Series 27 license.
7+ years in self-clearing financial services.
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail; thrives in fast-paced home office.
Able to adapt to changing business/regulatory environment; team-oriented.
