Support daily safeguarding obligations across Airwallex entities.
Monitor clearing and settlement of client funds; improve liquidity management.
Maintain knowledge base and refine SOPs; identify automation opportunities.
Build data-driven metrics and QA framework to minimize errors.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above
2+ years of Zendesk experience
Ability to rapidly understand new products and problem-solve
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Attention to detail and documentation-focused approach
A strong team player who thrives in cross-team collaboration
