📋 Description

• Develop and own our partnership strategy while collaborating with product to bring our roadmap to
• Define and own the partner selection process and strategy, from market mapping to commercial
• Lead the search for new partners as Nova expands its offerings and infrastructure requirements
• Maintain network resilience by managing deposit concentration, maintaining redundancy options for
• Serve as the senior point of contact and escalation for each partner, from their working teams to
• Lead third-party oversight with Risk, Compliance, and AML, from partner audits and diligence

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in bank partnerships, fintech partnerships, treasury or deposit programs, or banking
• Managed partner banks, sweep networks, payment providers, or infrastructure providers, and know how
• Negotiated complex commercial agreements alongside counsel, and model the economics before you sign
• Can talk APIs, payment rails, and reconciliation with engineers, then explain partner limits to
• Run several high-stakes relationships at once with no playbook, make calls before the data is
• Look for ways AI can take work off your plate and give you leverage
