Financial Planning & Analysis Coordinator

📋 Description

• Develop analytics and dashboards for project financial metrics.
• Support budgeting for project and company stakeholders.
• Identify trends to improve project budgeting and costing.
• Coordinate SOWs, change orders, and vendor agreements with project leaders.
• Reconcile expenditures with budgets during and after projects.
• Liaise with Legal to finalize SOWs, change orders, and vendor agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 year post-secondary certification in a relevant field, or 1–3 years related experience.
• Accounting or Office Administration background preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to continuous learning.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases; advanced Excel.
• VBA skills are a plus.
