Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Associate

📋 Description

• Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting packets for stakeholders
• Prepare monthly committee and quarterly board materials
• Assist in month-end close, including P&L review
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to support leadership decisions
• Recommend automation and improve reporting processes
• Support annual budget formation and monthly budget vs actual

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance or accounting
• 1–3 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Big 4
• MS Office mastery; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Experience with PowerBI, NetSuite, or OpenAir is a plus
• MBA or CPA is a plus
