📋 Description

• Monitor actual financial results against budgets and forecasts; analyze variances, investigate
• Act as a finance partner to business teams; work and collaborate with other departments to support
• Communicate financial and operational impact of changes in business logic.
• Contribute to month-end closing by performing desktop review to identify oddities and improve
• Build financial models to evaluate scenarios and assess potential impacts on financial performance.
• Present comprehensive financial reports and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Analytical skills with ability to find insights from complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Oracle, EPM, SQL, or Power BI.
• Passion for learning and exploring new trends in business and finance.
• Ability to present insights to relevant team members.
