Financial Planning and Analysis Director

📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Build scalable financial models to support growth and decisions.
• Partner with the CEO, CFO and leaders to translate strategy into plans.
• Provide strategic insights and maintain strong financial visibility.
• Act as a trusted finance partner across business units.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, tech, or high-growth companies preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leadership, board reporting, and IPO readiness is a plus.
