Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting and forecasting processes for assigned departments.
• Provide effective decision-support, developing advanced financial models and conducting analysis
• Deliver clear, actionable insights, guide decision-making and influence Allegiant’s financial
• Support and promote departmental initiatives by analyzing and validating assumptions and inputs
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver decision-support and ensure optimal resource allocation to
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in relevant analytical and/or finance role at a divisional or
• Managerial experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong technical background and expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and
