Financial Planning and Analysis Manager -Professional Services and Partner Support

📋 Description

• Manage/forecast professional services and sales partner orgs globally.
• Drive budgeting processes aligned to aggressive growth plans.
• Partner with sales, services, sales ops and finance to create KPIs and forecasts.
• Plan/forecast resources and non-compensation expenses for PS and partners.
• Size/forecast partner programs, rebates, capacity, subcontractors, and PS revenue.
• Manage P&L processes to ensure forecast accuracy; contribute to monthly close.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years FP&A in SaaS/public company.
• Experience supporting professional services and sales partner orgs.
• Strong problem solving, initiative, analytical mindset.
• Translate sophisticated data into practical insights.
• Excellent communication/presentation of financial data to finance and non-finance.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce, NetSuite, Pigment, BigQuery; AI usage a plus.
