Financial Planning Assistant (AU)

📋 Description

• Maintain CRM data and generate reports to support financial planning
• Data entry to/from CRM and document management tools
• Maintain CRM client information with relevant updates
• Create reports from the CRM and providers’ portals
• Gather business requirements and pursue process improvements/automation
• Support projects and client communications as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a financial services/financial planning role
• Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Familiar with Superannuation, Centrelink and Investments in Australia
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Team player with the ability to manage a busy workload
