Financial Reconciliation JR Analyst (LATAM)

📋 Description

• Reconcile receivable accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with partner processors to resolve reconciliation issues
• Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field
• Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel/Google Sheets)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SQL knowledge (nice-to-have)
• Data-driven and dashboards/reporting skills
