Financial Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist with the preparation of SEC filings and related press releases, including 10-K, 10-Q, and
• Analyze key financial metrics and provide insightful, in-depth discussion and analysis of
• Support iXBRL tagging activities to help ensure financial reporting deliverables meet applicable
• Prepare detailed tie-outs of SEC filings, including financial statement footnotes, MD&A, and
• Prepare quarterly cash flow statements and ensure the underlying information is complete and
• Prepare accounting entries related to equity transactions and stock-based compensation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in public accounting and/or relevant industry or SEC reporting experience.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, with the ability to research accounting guidance and apply
• Experience with SEC reporting is preferred, particularly exposure to filings such as 10-K, 10-Q
• Strong analytical capabilities and confidence reviewing financial data, identifying trends, and
• Demonstrated understanding of business operations, objectives, and performance measures.

• $65,000–$100,000 base salary, with the final offer determined by factors including experience
