Financial Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead preparation of Group Annual Report & Accounts.
• Oversee statutory accounts for UK/Europe entities.
• Ensure IFRS and regulatory reporting compliance.
• Manage external audit process and auditors.
• Own annual reporting timetable and timely deliverables.
• Prepare Board and Audit Committee papers (going concern).

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in financial reporting within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and annual reports.
• Experience managing external audits and working with auditors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
