Financial Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial
• Lead financial statement preparation, consolidation, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and
• Own accounting policies and technical assessments for complex or non-routine transactions
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through disciplined reconciliations, review processes, and timely
• Provide clear reporting and analysis on financial results, accounting matters, and emerging risks
• Ensure timely statutory filings, tax submissions, and financial reporting requirements across

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including leading or
• Experience preparing for IPO readiness OR public company standards
• Strong technical foundation in GAAP reporting (IFRS, US GAAP), consolidation, accounting policies
• CPA designation strongly preferred; public accounting and/or high-growth private or public company
• Demonstrated ability to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting in a scaling
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting matters to
