Financial Representative, Expense Reimbursement

📋 Description

• Review global card transactions and respond to email queries
• Reconcile daily credit card transactions with bank statements, merchant accounts, and internal
• Audit expenses under the company's travel and expense policy, identifying discrepancies for
• Manage monthly financial closings and ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Serve as a liaison with internal teams, government entities, and external accountants to meet

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or
• Postgraduate in Finance with 1 to 3 years of experience in Employee Reimbursement/Corporate Credit
• Experience working with large ERP systems, generally accepted accounting principles, and accounting
• Open for rotational office hours (Night Shift)
• Knowledge of Coupa, AppZen, or NetSuite tools
