📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new providers, TPAs, and employer groups onto payment and financial
• Validate onboarding documentation (W-9s, banking confirmation letters, voided checks, entity
• Perform due diligence checks appropriate to entity type, including NPI registry verification and
• Ensure all onboarding activity adheres to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines, including
• Coordinate account and banking structure setup for TPAs and employer groups, including funding
• Triage and resolve onboarding exceptions, discrepancies, and documentation gaps in coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services onboarding, payment operations, KYC/AML, or
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC, and NACHA compliance concepts as applied to onboarding and
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to validate financial, banking, and compliance
• Ability to translate onboarding pain points into clear requirements for Product and Technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present onboarding status and
