📋 Description

• Lead core FP&A processes and monthly financial analysis, ensuring the integrity of financial
• Own annual operating expense planning and forecasting activities, including allocation
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in enterprise financials, operating expense drivers
• Lead complex financial initiatives from concept through execution, creating structure in ambiguous
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority by communicating clearly
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, analytical

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field is
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial reporting, accounting
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge, with the ability to independently evaluate financial
• Experience leading complex financial processes and managing multiple workstreams while maintaining
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop concise executive-level analyses
• Financial services or insurance industry experience, particularly in enterprise-level FP&A and
