Financial Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide ongoing support for the organization’s enterprise financial systems (GFEBS/SAP-ERP)
• Review and correct data issues to ensure financial accuracy and consistency
• Develop and update easy-to-follow training materials and user guides
• Provide one-on-one and group training sessions to help staff use financial tools effectively
• Track and communicate system issues, updates, and resolutions with leadership and project teams
• Monitor key financial reports and performance indicators to identify and resolve recurring problems

🎯 Requirements

• Active SECRET security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting financial systems or accounting processes within the DoD or
• Experience with SAP-based systems (GFEBS/SAP-ERP preferred)
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data lookups), Word
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical details clearly to non-technical
