Financial Systems Architect

📋 Description

• Configure, maintain and improve Workday Financials backbone (GL, AP, AR).
• Design security roles and domain policies for finance and audit.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for Finance.
• Design integrations across Stripe, HubSpot, Pleo, Avalara, banks.
• Lead system testing for configuration changes, bi-annual Workday releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, end-to-end configurations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Workday Financials configuration across GL, AP, AR.
• Experience with Workday business process framework and security configuration.
• Strong Workday reporting skills with custom reports and calculated fields.
• Experience connecting SaaS systems: APIs and clean data flows.
• End-to-end thinking across systems, not single tools.
• Understanding of core accounting concepts: chart of accounts, period close, reconciliations.
