📋 Description

• Oversee outsourcing partners for Fraud & FinCrime Ops to high standards.
• Monitor Fraud & FinCrime metrics; drive actions with product teams.
• Balance hands-on execution with strategic alignment of Fraud vision.
• Build and oversee tech-enabled fraud mitigation with automated alerts.
• Support Director with committee packs and prioritisation of changes.
• Collaborate with MLRO and 2LOD on assurance and remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• Led Fraud & FinCrime ops in payments or banking.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors/outsourcing.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to empower vendors.
• Understand fraud and AML risks in fintech.
• Champion automation to improve efficiency.
