Finishing Dozer Operator

📋 Description

• Participate in a drug-free workplace with a random drug testing program.
• Operate a dozer with GPS/laser/sonic grade control for final finish grading.
• Read and interpret grading plans, survey stakes, and grade data.
• Coordinate with survey crews and project engineers to verify elevations.
• Work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Follow safety plans, SDS, and site procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• Operator 1: 2+ years dozer with finish grading.
• Operator 2: 5+ years dozer with finish grading to tight tolerances.
• Operator 3: 10+ years dozer with advanced finish grading and GPS/laser grade control.
• Preferred: GPS/laser machine control systems experience (Trimble/Topcon).
• Safety training: HazWoper, supervisory, OSHA courses, First Aid/CPR preferred.
