• Be fluent in Finnish with a good basic knowledge of English
• Be a strong verbal communicator
• Have strong sense of responsibility and attention to details at work
• Be a real team player – who also know how to independently complete your work tasks
• Any previous experience of working in service-related jobs will be considered an advantage
